Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made via PayPal and only cards accepted by PayPal can make payments.

All other currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

Returns Policy

VERVE UK is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfumes whist being tried on or have been damaged by you after receipt.

We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.
